  • Will you be offering any refunds?
    Yes, on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the offering and the situation.

  • Under what conditions?
    If someone has a genuine reason (e.g., unexpected emergency, illness, or inability to attend), your request will be reviewed. Refunds won’t be given for change-of-mind or lack of personal commitment to the process.

  • For which offerings?
    Refunds will be considered for online courses and private sessions. Retreats and in-person immersions will have stricter terms, usually non-refundable after a certain date due to costs involved in setup, accommodation and logistics.

  • Under what timeframe should the request be submitted?
    Within 7 days of purchase for digital offerings. For retreats, at least 21 days before the start date.

  • How long will it take to process the refund (if approved)?
    Within 21 business days after approval.
